Jericho Julep
- 2 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Green Creme de Menthe
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 5 Chopped Mint Leaves
- Club Soda
- 1/2 cup ice
Chop mint well. Blend all ingredients without ice. Pour into a
glass half filled with ice cubes. Fill with club soda and top with
a mint sprig.
