Apple Brandy Highball

• 2 oz Apple Brandy
• Ginger Ale or Club Soda
• Ice

Fill a highball glass 1/2 full with ice. Pour brandy over ice. Fill with ginger ale or club soda. Add a twist of lemon peel and stir.
