Apricot Cooler
- 2 oz Apricot-flavored Brandy
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 oz Club Soda or Ginger Ale
- Ice (cracked)
- Orange or Lemon Peel
In a glass, dissolve powdered sugar in the club soda. Stir. Fill
glass with cracked ice and add brandy. Add club soda or and stir
again. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over
rim of glass.
