Gibson

• 2 1/2 oz. Gin
• Several dashes dry Vermouth
• Cocktail onions
• Ice

Pour gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir briskly and strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. Garnish with cocktail onions.
