Mulled Red Wine

  • 1 cube Sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • 1 tsp Mixed Cinnamon and Nutmeg
  • 5 oz Red Wine

Combine all ingredients in a metal mug. Warm on stove. For an exotic flair, heat a clean fireplace poker until it glows red and gently lower it into the mug. Hold it there until the wine begins to boil.
