Coffee Liqueur

• 1.0 cup Bourbon
• 2.0 oz instant Coffee
• 3.5 cup Sugar
• 1.0 each Vanilla Bean
  

Combine 2 cups of boiling water with coffee and sugar. Stir vigorously until all contents are disolved. Pour mixture into a 1/2 gallon container. Cut up vanilla bean and add it to the mixture. Pour in bourbon and swirl to mix. Let sit over time, the longer the better. Vary mixture to taste.
