Curried Dijon Chicken Puffs

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons currants
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 24 prepared appetizer cream puffs

Mix chicken, mustard, mayonnaise, currants, green onions and curry powder in bowl. Cut tops off puffs. Spoon chicken mixture into bottom of each puff; replace tops. Serve immediately.
