Curried Dijon Chicken Puffs
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons currants
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 24 prepared appetizer cream puffs
Mix chicken, mustard, mayonnaise, currants, green onions and curry
powder in bowl. Cut tops off puffs. Spoon chicken mixture into bottom
of each puff; replace tops. Serve immediately.
