Mexicali Appetizer Meatballs
- 2/3 cup Steak Sauce
- 2/3 cup chunky salsa
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Blend steak sauce and salsa in small bowl. Mix beef, egg, bread
crumbs and 1/3 cup sauce mixture in large bowl; shape mixture into
32 (1 1/4-inch) meatballs. Arrange meatballs in single layer on
shallow baking pan. Bake at 425¡F for 12 to 15 minutes or until
done. Serve remaining sauce mixture as a dip with meatballs.
