Crab Dip
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 (6-ounce) can crab meat, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Snack Crackers
Beat cream cheese, salad dressing and milk in small bowl with electric
mixer at low speed until smooth. Stir in crab, red pepper, lemon
juice and parsley. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Serve
as a dip with snack crackers.
