Crab Dip

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (6-ounce) can crab meat, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Snack Crackers

Beat cream cheese, salad dressing and milk in small bowl with electric mixer at low speed until smooth. Stir in crab, red pepper, lemon juice and parsley. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Serve as a dip with snack crackers.
