Horseradish Bacon Dip

  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup crumbled, cooked bacon (about 2 strips)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Snack Crackers

Blend cheese, sour cream, horseradish and bacon in blender or food processor. Stir in chives. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as spread with snack crackers.
