Horseradish Bacon Dip
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup crumbled, cooked bacon (about 2 strips)
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Snack Crackers
Blend cheese, sour cream, horseradish and bacon in blender or food
processor. Stir in chives. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend
flavors. Serve as spread with snack crackers.
