Italian Salsa Dip

  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Italian-style crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • crushed Snack Crackers

Mix tomatoes, green pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
