Italian Salsa Dip
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Italian-style crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- crushed Snack Crackers
Mix tomatoes, green pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic. Refrigerate
at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with crackers.
