Raspberry Dip

  • 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 Cup frozen raspberries without syrup, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • Vanilla Cookies

Blend cottage cheese, raspberries, honey and juice in electric blender or food processor container until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve as a dip with wafers.
