Raspberry Dip
- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 Cup frozen raspberries without syrup, thawed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- Vanilla Cookies
Blend cottage cheese, raspberries, honey and juice in electric
blender or food processor container until smooth. Refrigerate until
serving time. Serve as a dip with wafers.
