Zesty Spinach Dip

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 (0.7-ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrot
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
  • Snack Crackers

Blend sour cream, mustard and salad dressing mix in bowl. Stir in spinach, carrot and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish as desired. Serve as dip with crackers.
