Zesty Spinach Dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 (0.7-ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well
drained
- 1/4 cup finely grated carrot
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
- Snack Crackers
Blend sour cream, mustard and salad dressing mix in bowl. Stir
in spinach, carrot and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish
as desired. Serve as dip with crackers.
