Easy Pesto Pizzas
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto sauce
- 2 (6-inch) pre-baked pizza crusts
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced vegetables (red and yellow peppers, zucchini,
mushrooms)
- Processed Cheese Spread
Spread 2 tablespoons pesto over each pizza crust. Top with vegetables.
2. Bake at 450¡F for 8 minutes. Top with cheese spread as desired;
return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
