Grilled Beef 'N Vegetable-Topped Pizza

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup Steak Sauce
  • 1 pound frozen bread or pizza dough, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe black olives

Brown ground beef in medium skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and steak sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Keep warm. Divide dough in half; shape each piece into 8-inch round. Brush one side of each dough round with oil. Grill pizza rounds, oil-side down, over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until dough is firm and brown. Brush tops of dough with oil and turn over on grill surface. Top each with layers of half the meat mixture, cheese, tomato, green onions and black olives. Grill, covered with lid or foil, for 5 to 7 minutes or until bottom is golden and cheese melts. Serve immediately.
