Killer Quesadillas
- 1(12 OZ.) Block Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 20 Flour Tortillas
- 1 Lb. Margarine
Slice cheese into 10 lengthwise strips. Cut each strip in half
lengthwise, thus making 20 strips. Melt 1 Lb. Margarine in skillet
over medium heat. Lay a cheese strip in midddle of tortilla. Fold
tortilla in half. Place folded tortilla in melted margarine in skillet.
Cook 1 minute on each side until cheese melts and tortilla is very
lightly browned.
To serve: Cut each into halves or quarters.
