Pineapple Carrot Salad

  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
  • 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped seedless raisins
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pecan halves and carrot curls, for garnish
  • 52 Snack Crackers

Blend carrot, pineapple, yogurt, raisins and honey in small bowl. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with pecan halves and carrot curl if desired. Serve as a dip with snack crackers.
