Eggnog
- Dozen eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 pt. Cognac
- 1 pt. Dark Rum
- 3 pt. Milk
- 1 pt. Cream
- Grated Nutmeg
Seperate eggs between yolks and whites. Beat the yolks and sugar
together, adding the other ingredients after thick. place mixture
in a punch bowl and refridgerate. Then beat egg whites until stiff
and fold into mixture. Garnish with nutmeg. Serves about 30.
