Klondike Cooler

• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 2 oz Club Soda
• Club Soda or Ginger Ale
• Ice

Mix powdered sugar and club soda together in a glass. Fill the glass with ice and add whiskey. Fill with club soda or ginger ale and stir. Dangle a spiral of lemon peel over the rim of the glass.
