Diablo (or Devil)

• 1 oz. White Port
• 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
• Dash Lemon Juice
• Lemon Peel

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and pour into a chilled champagne glass, twist lemon peel over glass and drop into drink.
