Philomel Cocktail

• 3 oz. Amontillado
• 1 oz. St. Raphael
• 1 oz. Rum
• 1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
• Pinch white pepper

Mix ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice and strain into a chilled wine goblet. Sprinkle white pepper on top.
