Third Rail

• 3 oz. Dry Vermouth
• Several Dashes Curacao
• Several Dashes Peppermint Schnapps
• Orange Peel

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist orange peel and drop into glass.
