"Buffalo 66"

Directed by:
Vincent Gallo

Movie Type:
Dark Dramatic Comedy

Rated: 'R"
Quick Summary:
The lead character Billy Brown (Vincent Gallo) is released after 5 years in prison after taking the fall for a botched robbery he did not commit in order to pay off his gambling debts. On the way home to see his dysfunctional Buffalo football obsessed parents (Anjelica Huston, Ben Gazzara), Billy can find no place to go pee. He ducks into a dance studio where he meets and subsequently Kidnaps Layla (Christina Ricci).

Billy's life oddly revolves around the loss of the Buffalo Bills in the Superbowl. Not directly as an obsession, but a massive mix of circumstances that has put him into a downward spiral in life. This movie is a rather dark, yet enjoyable, parody of the American lifestyle.

The movie is rated "R" for its subject matter and intense adult dialog. The Film is directed by Vincent Gallo who also plays the leading role of Billy. There are multiple cameo appearances by such stars as Mickey Rourke, Rosanna Arquette, and Jan-Michael Vincent among others.
